A-Series, H*HASE, I-Series, HMI-Series, and HML-Series rheology modifiers, branded under our Acrypol® trademark, are designed to perform in a wide array of industries and applications. Those industries being textile, fabric and home care, construction compounding, pigment, and paint. Each series of products lends its own unique benefits to a particular industry.
Our teams of scientists have worked diligently over the past forty years to shape and tailor our product line to the specific performance requirements of the industries we serve. Our technicians have refined our processes, giving us intimate control over the polymers structure and molecular weight. CADY products allow our customers the flexibility to customize their products to suite their desired flow properties, such as in suspension aids in insoluble cleaning additives in either alkaline or acidic liquid formulations. Thus increasing a cleaning compounds contact with surfaces; providing improved and more efficient end-use products.
Acrypol® rheology modifiers are essential in numerous applications in order to control the performance of coatings that are applied under varied shear conditions. CADY products advantages are utilized in textile coatings such as carpet and rugs, paper and paperboard, adhesive manufacture, pigment and particle suspension, as well as detergent and cleaning compounds.
A-Series and H*HASE gum thickeners are supplied fully hydrolyzed, at medium to high as-is viscosities; and allow for immediate thickening without having to wait for polymer equilibration.
Acrypol® I-Series products are supplied at medium to low viscosity alkaline emulsions, providing ease-of-use, for exact metering for batch additions. They impart a mechanism for consistent viscosity adjustments to latex based, high solid content formulations.
Acrypol® HMI-Series rheology modifiers are similar to the I-Series in pH, solids, and as-is viscosity; but that is where the similarities end. These products are hydrophobically modified on a molecular lever; allowing the thickener to reach out through the compound and thicken by association instead of molecular weight alone.
Acrypol® HML-Series products are designed to provide unique performance in cationic systems, and demonstrate the ability to provide efficient viscosity build to both alkaline and acidic systems, regardless of whether they contain a high concentration of nonionic, cationic, and/or anionic surfactants.
